BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR MEET ENTRY…
Meet Entries should be submitted to the Club Registrar via the postbox at the Redback Room (western end of the BP concourse) on or before the dates listed below. All entries must:

Be accurately and fully completed on the entry card (Event No. Qualifying Time, PB and where achieved…)

Include the correct Entry Fee as either cash or cheque in a secure envelope

Clearly label your secure envelope with your NAME and SQUAD

Submit your Meet Entry ON or PRIOR to the specified closing date at the Club

All entries MUST be validated by the Club Registrar. Any entries submitted directly with SWA WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!

Any Meet Entry that is incorrectly completed or does not contain the appropriate Entry Fee will (time pending) be returned to the athlete!

Please Note: ALL entrants for any swim meet must have someone to time keep for them
